Special Day Creations aim to provide a personal service working alongside each customer to ensure your requirements are met. This service provides free consultations to discuss your theme and ideas, samples to provide you an idea of how your final designs will be created and one to one customer contact so you can be kept up-to date with the progress of your stationary.

Special Day Creations does not have an online ordering facility however, ordering is simple and easy.

Step 1: Browse through the collections on offer to see which stationary appeals to you. If you wish to request a sample of one or more of the designs you like simply fill out the form on the ‘contact me’ section and a sample will be sent out to you as soon as possible. A charge of £1.50 is requested for a sample which will be refunded back to you if an order is taken place.

Step 2: Once you are happy with your sample(s) I will confirm your requirements via email or telephone and send an order confirmation with final proofs of your wedding stationary. This is a time for you to thoroughly check all the details and make any amendments you wish to ensure all details are present and correct before production can commence.

Once Proofs have been finalised a 20% deposit is required to secure your order to allow production of your stationary.

Step 3: For all orders a packing charge of £2 applies and delivery is free of charge within Darlington. Deliveries can be made within a 15 mile radius of Darlington however a charge at £5.00 will be applied. Otherwise goods will be delivered by royal mail special delivery or recorded delivery and charged at a cost.

Your completed order will be sent as soon as payment has been fully received. Payment is accepted via paypal, cash or cheque.

NB: If you would like me to create a new design that is not available in my collection but specific to your wedding theme, a charge
of £10 is required for a new design. Once a design has been picked prices will be similar to the collections available.
